摘 要:目的探讨服用生白固本冲剂能否改善晚期肿瘤患者的营养状况及疲乏程度。方法观察性分析自2015年2月24日至2016年6月18日期间在我院接受疼痛治疗且服用生白固本冲剂大于2周的晚期肿瘤患者共计37例,分别采用BFI-C评分、MFI-20评分、PG-SGA评分以及白蛋白水平、握力、膳食摄入量等指标评价服用生白固本冲剂前后患者营养状况和疲乏程度的改变情况。结果患者治疗前BFI-C综合疲乏程度评分为4.57±2.26,治疗后为2.62±1.93,治疗前后评分改变有统计学差异(P=0.000),同样,患者治疗后BFI-C综合疲乏程度评分明显低于治疗前(P=0.001);患者治疗后MFI-20体力疲乏评分(P=0.001)、脑力疲乏评分(P=0.003)均明显低于治疗前;患者治疗后PG-SGA评分亦明显低于治疗前(10.54 vs 12.17,P=0.001);患者治疗前能量摄入均值为786.49 kcal,治疗后能量摄入均值为1002.70 kcal,治疗前后均值改变有统计学差异(P=0.000)。结论晚期肿瘤患者服用生白固本冲剂能缓解患者疲乏程度,增加患者能量摄入,改善营养状况,但尚需大样本临床试验进一步验证。Objective The aim of this study was to discuss whether Shengbai Guben granule can improve the nutritionalstatus and the degree of fatigue in advanced cancer patients. Methods From February 24, 2015 to June 18, 2016, 37 patients whoreceived pain management and oral Shengbai Guben granule therapy more than 2 weeks in our hospital were observed. The changeof nutritional status and the degree of fatigue were evaluated by BFI-C, MFI-20, PG-SGA, albumin level, grip strength, and dailyintake. Results The mean score of the degree of BFI-C before treatment was 4.57±2.26 and the score was 2.62±1.93 after treatment,the score has significant difference (P=0.001). Similarly, the score of the effect of BFI-C after treatment were significant lower thanpre-treatment (P=0.001). The score of MFI-20 mental fatigue (P=0.001), brain fatigue (P=0.003) after treatment were also lowerthan pre-treatment. The PG-SGA score after treatment was also lower than pre-treatment (10.54 versus 12.17, P=0.001). The averageenergy intake of patients before treatment was 786.49 kcal, the average energy intake was 1002.70 kcal after treatment, and the meanchange before and after treatment was statistically significant (P=0.000). Conclusions Oral Shengbai Guben granule can relief thedegree of fatigue, and increase the energy intake and improve the nutritional status, however, it needs further study.
