摘　　要：高校教师的发展问题已经成为影响高等教育质量的重要因素。本文通过阐述教师发展的内涵以及现阶段我国高校教师发展的实际情况,对未来我国高校教师发展方向提出了几点建议。The development of teachers in colleges and universities has become an important factor which affectingthe quality of higher education. This article elaborates the meaning of teacher development and the actual situationof teacher development of colleges and universities in our country at present stage,then put forward some suggestionsabout the direction of teacher development of colleges and universities in our country in the future.
