摘　　要：目前,我国正处于艰巨的社会转型期,高校毕业生就业难问题成为社会转型的直接产物,把社会资本引入大学生就业的分析框架是一种新的研究途径,对每一个大学生而言,有必要培养他们的社会资本意识,注重社会资本的积累,充分开发大学生的社会资本能力,并加以有效运用,帮助他们更充分认识社会发展的内在原因和就业的潜在特征,树立正确的就业观,提高就业力。At present,our country is in difficult social transformation period,the employment of college graduates has been a very difficult problem becomes the direct product of social transformation,the social capital into the analysis framework of the employment of college students is a new research approach,for each of the students,it is necessary to develop their awareness of social capital,pay attention to the accumulation of social capital,fully develop students' ability of social capital,and effective use to help them better understand the potential characteristics of social development and the underlying causes of employment,to establish a correct concept of employment,increase employment.
