五年制医学生人文素质培育目标与途径探析

摘　　要：分析了五年制医学生人文知识、人文素养和人文形态三个要素的培育目标,明确了大学三个阶段接续进行公共基础性、医学基础性和医学专业性人文素质教育的目标侧重,提出了人文课程学习、专业课程渗透、校园文化熏陶和社会实践锤炼四条人文素质培育途径。The paper analyzes the training objectives of three elements--humanistic knowledge,humanistic attainments and humanistic modalities in the 5-year-study of medical students.In addition,this article defines the importance as well as the key points in the 3 consecutive and progressive stages of cultivating humanistic attainments in college.At last,it raises several ways of attaining humanistic qualities,including course study,nuturing of campus culture and social practice.
