摘　　要：应用型本科院校致力于将高等教育向大众化教育转变,专注于培养应用型人才。本文针对应用型本科院校在"大众创业、万众创新"历史背景下,结合金陵科技学院阐述本科院校电子信息类专业的了大学生科技创新能力培养的重要意义,提出了大学生科技创新能力培养的措施。Application-oriented university committed to change higher education to mass education,training the applied personnel.In this paper,explain the importance of technology innovation ability,the experience and measureof electronic students of application-oriented university under the "Public entrepreneurship,innovation" historical background.
