敬畏感在师生关系中的缺失与归位

摘　　要：当下德育中敬畏感的缺失,是导致师生关系问题的重要原因。若缺乏敬畏感,会导致师生关系的疏离与冲突,并导致学生过度的自我中心性,影响学生人格的发展。通过重塑与维护师道尊严、教师自身有所敬畏以及加强德育实践等方法,可以让缺失的敬畏感归位。The lacking of reverence in moral education leads to the disharmony relationship between teachers and students.Lacking of reverence leads to the alienation and fight between teachers and students,and also the excessive egoism of students.The reverence can be present by remodeling the absolute authority of the teachers,the teachers themselves should have reverence,and strengthen the practice of moral education.
