摘　　要：高校学风的好坏,不仅直接影响着人才培养的质量、教学水平的提高,而且也影响到学校的社会声誉和办学效益,甚至会严重影响毕业生的顺利就业。抓好学风建设,不仅是一项十分艰巨的系统工程,也是一项长期性的工作任务。加强学风建设是大学赖以生存发展的基本任务,应该予以高度重视。而基础教学管理是学风建设的重要组成部分,教师对课堂的有效管理并注重过程教学,将有益于学风建设。通过对我校两届及两个专业电工学试卷成绩进行分析,分析结果表明有效的课堂管理是非常重要的。The stand or fall of academic discipline,not only directly influences the quality of talent training,the improvement of teaching level,but also affects the school's social reputation and teaching efficiency,and even seriously affects the smooth employment of the graduates. Paying special attention to the construction of study style,not only is a very difficult systemengineering,is also a long-termtask. To strengthen the construction of study style is the basic task of the university relies for survival and development,should attach great importance to persistently to. And basic teaching management is an important part of the study style construction,the effective management of teachers in classroom and pay attention to the teaching process,which will benefit the construction of study style. Analyzing two sessions of our school and two professional electrotechnics test results,and the analysis results show that the effective classroom management is very important.
