摘  要:以苏州科技大学和苏州建设交通高等职业技术学校联合举办的"5+2"和"3+4"高职加本科分段培养土木工程专业项目为例,深入探讨了以初中毕业生为起点的高职加本科分段培养模式中的学生特点和教育引导问题。这些学生中自主选择专业的学生很少,学生对所学专业的了解也很少,对今后7年的学习和将来工作的关系也知道较少,更无从谈起对土木工程专业的兴趣。研究认为,应该从学生健康快乐成长成才的角度出发,采取多种措施,在课程设置、家校共建、讲座和班会讨论等多个环节,强调对学生学习兴趣的引导、学习毅力的培养和自觉自主学习习惯的养成,真正做到"以学生为本",培养出乐观向上、学业有成的好学生。The civil engineering specialty of "5+2" and "3+4" segmented training program from high vocational training to university study,hold by Suzhou University of Science &Technology and Suzhou Higher Vocational School of Construction & Communication,was taken as a case study. The students' characteristics of this program,which take the junior middle school graduates as their starting students,was thorough analyzed,and ways to guide these students easily finished their learning career are also give out. Very few students choose civil engineering by themselves and know anything about this specialty. They also know little about what they will learn in the next 7 years and the relationship between what they will learn and their future work,let alone their interest in civil works.Research shows that from the healthy and happy growth perspective of these students,a variety of measures should be taken in the curriculum setting,home to school ties,lectures and class seminar. Emphasizes should be lie on students' interest guidance,study perseverance cultivate and consciously learning habit development. Truly focus on students' development,educate students to be optimistic,upward,and having a successful learning career.
