摘  要:高校青年教师如何协调教学与科研二者之间的关系一直是困扰很多高校青年教师的问题。本论文从目前高校青年教师普遍"重科研、轻教学"的成因,高校教学与科学研究之间的关系以及青年教师协调教学与科研的主要策略三个方面来阐述高校青年教师如何能够更好协调好科研与教学二者之间的关系,以促进教学水平和科研能力的共同提高,做一名合格的高校青年教师。How to deal with the relationship between teaching and scientific research has always been a puzzling problem that puzzles young teaching staff in.Chinese universities.Here,the reason for imbalance between teaching and scientific research,the rational relationship between teaching and scientific research,and the strategy for dealing with the relationship between teaching and scientific research were discussed in the present paper,respectively.Young college teaching staff should deal well with the relationship between scientific research and teaching for improving the teaching level and scientific research ability simultaneously and becoming eligible college teachers gradually.
