摘  要:进入新世纪以来,理工科大学生素质培养工作取得新的重大突破,在高校科技型人才建设中发挥了关键作用。但是,面对互联网+飞速发展的新形势,理工科大学生创新能力培养面临不少问题,如实践教学课程体系不完善、教育方式跟不上新时代科技发展的需要、教师在创新能力培养中的主导作用缺失等。本文讨论了提高理工科大学生创新能力的必要性,对理工科大学生创新能力培养方法进行了深入思考,提出了相应的对策,如构建多元化的大学生实践教学课程体系,以实验教学优化升级助推大学生创新能力培养,发挥教师在大学生创新能力培养中的主导作用,为理工科大学生创新能力培养工作开创新局面。Since entering new century,there has been a new and major breakthrough in humanist cultivation for college students of science and engineering,which plays a key role under construction of technological talent in colleges and universities. However,facing the new situation of rapid development of internet +,there are many problems in the cultivation of innovation ability for college students of science and engineering,such as the imperfection of practice course's teaching system,the mismatch between educational method and developmental requirements of technology in the new era and the lack of teacher-led in cultivation of innovation ability .In this paper,the necessity of improving the innovation ability for college students of science and engineering is discussed,the cultivation methods of innovation ability for college students of science and engineering are deeply thought. The corresponding countermeasures,such as constructing the diversified practice course's teaching system for college students,upgrading experimental teaching to boost the cultivation of innovation ability for college students and exerting the guiding role of the teachers in cultivation of innovation ability,are put forward to initiate new phase for the cultivation of innovation ability for college students of science and engineering,
