摘　　要：混合所有制改革的实施为国企改革带来了新动力,也为企业社会责任体系构建提供了新的机遇。本文分析了河北省国有企业履行社会责任现状,指出其问题所在,并立足河北省国有企业实际,从内部治理及外部治理等不同层面提出构建国有企业社会责任体系的对策及措施。The implementation of mixed ownership reform has brought new impetus to the reform of state-owned enterprises and provided new opportunities for the construction of corporate social responsibility system. This paper analyzes the current situation of stateowned enterprises' social responsibility in Hebei Province, and points out their problems. Based on the actual situation of state-owned enterprises in Hebei Province, this paper puts forward some countermeasures from different levels of internal governance and external governance.
