摘　　要："微课"作为一种新型学习资源、学习方式和教学模式,对学生个性化学习、自主化学习有着与众不同的意义,文章首先阐述了"微课"和"翻转课堂"的内涵,然后分析了物流管理专业的基础课《物流管理学》开展基于"微课"的"翻转课堂"教学的背景,并对教学模式进行分析,最后总结了预期的教学效果,以期为专业课的教学研究提供理论参考。As a new learning resource, learning style and teaching mode, micro-lesson has an important significance for the students'individualized and autonomous learning. This paper firstly expounds the connotation of the micro-lesson and flipped classroom, analyzes the background of flipped classroom teaching, and analyzes the mode of teaching, finally summarizes the expected teaching effect to provide a theoretical reference for the teaching.
