老年食管癌患者手术治疗中左胸微创切口的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探究左胸微创切口在老年食管癌患者手术治疗中的应用效果。方法:收治老年食管癌患者76例,随机平分成研究组(左胸微创切口)和对照组(传统手术切口),比较临床效果。结果:研究组手术时间、术后引流管留置时间及住院时间明显缩短,且出血量及总引流量少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左胸微创切口手术治疗老年食管癌,不仅可达到显著效果,同时创伤较小,老年患者更易耐受。Objective:To explore the application effect of minimally invasive incision in surgical treatment of elderly patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:76 elderly patients with esophageal cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into study group(left chest minimally invasive incision)and the control group(traditional surgical incision)on average.We compared clinical effect.Results:The operation time and the duration of indwelling time after surgery and length of stay of the patients in the study group were significantly shorter,and the amount of bleeding and the total flow rate were less than those of the control group,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive incision surgery for the treatment of esophageal cancer in elderly patients not only can achieve significant results,at the same time with less trauma,elderly patients are more likely to tolerate.
