摘　　要：目的:探讨A/B超检查在老年性白内障手术效果评估与沟通中的临床应用。方法:收治老年性白内障患者1 050例,对其采用A/B超声诊断仪进行术前生物测量检查,记录其眼科A/B超检查情况。结果:通过A/B超检查选择适合的人工晶体度数,了解眼后段情况,采取具体的治疗措施,治疗效果好,与患者达到有效沟通,提高了患者的满意度,减少了医患矛盾及纠纷。结论:A/B超检查对老年性白内障手术效果评估具有简单易行、无创,便于疾病的普查以及手术前后效果的对比、分析。Objective:To discuss the clinical application of A/B ultrasonography in the evaluation and communication of senile cataract surgery.Methods:1 050 patients with senile cataract were selected.The biological measurement was carried out by using the A/B ultrasonic diagnostic instrument.We recorded the situation of ophthalmic A/B ultrasound examination.Results:We selected the appropriate artificial crystal degree by B ultrasound examination,to understand the posterior segment of the eye.The treatment effect of the specific treatment measures was good,with the patient to achieve effective communication,improve patient satisfaction,reduce the doctor-patient conflicts and disputes.Conclusion:The evaluation of the effect of A/B ultrasound examination for senile cataract surgery is simple,easy to operate and non-invasive.This is easy for the census of the disease and the comparative analysis of the effect of the operation before and after operation.
