摘　　要：目的:探讨CTA联合胰腺癌诊断常用肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CA125、CEA在胰腺癌诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析43例经病理证实并被诊断为胰腺癌的患者,所有患者均进行腹部CTA、血清CA19-9、CA125、CEA多项检查,对检查结果进行分析。结果:CTA诊断准确率约62.8%,血清CA19-9、CA125及CEA诊断阳性率分别为81.4%、32.6%、53.5%。CTA联合CA19-9、CA125及CEA三项时诊断效能最高,诊断准确率为97.7%。CTA联合肿瘤标志物诊断效能优于单一CTA(P<0.000)、CA19-9(P<0.03)、CA125(P<0.000)及CEA(P<0.000)检查。结论:CA19-9在胰腺癌的诊断效能高于CTA、CA125及CEA。CTA联合CA19-9、CA125及CEA三项可明显提高胰腺癌的诊断准确率。Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of CTA combined with CA19 -9,CA125 and CEA in pa-tients with pancreatic cancer. Methods:All 43 patients with pancreatic cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The lev-els of serum CA19 -9,CA125 and CEA were detected. CTA were performed in all of the patients. Results:The diag-nostic accuracy of CTA was 62.8% ,the positive rate of serum CA19 -9,CA125 and CEA were 81.4% ,32.6% and 53.5% respectively.
