摘  要:目的:研究转移相关基因Notch1和磷酸化AKT(P-AKT)在15例正常卵巢组织、32例卵巢良性肿瘤组织和48例卵巢癌组织中的表达及相关性。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测各组Notch1、P-AKT的表达情况和微血管密度(MVD),MVD采用CD34标记。分析其表达与临床病理特征的关系及相互间的关系。结果:Notch1在正常卵巢组织、卵巢良性肿瘤组织和卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为13.33%(2/15)、31.25%(10/32)和81.25%(39/48),呈递增趋势,在卵巢癌组织中随临床分期、组织学分级的增加和淋巴结的转移呈明显增高趋势(P<0.05);P-AKT在正常卵巢组织、卵巢良性肿瘤组织和卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为0(0/15)、40.63%(13/32)和87.5%(42/48),在卵巢癌组织中临床分期较晚和伴随淋巴结的转移明显增高(P<0.05);CD34主要表达于各种卵巢组织的血管内皮细胞,MVD值在有淋巴结转移的卵巢癌组织中明显高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析Notch1和P-AKT在卵巢癌组织中呈现显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Notch1、P-AKT是鉴别卵巢良恶性肿瘤的指标之一,检测淋巴结转移者中的MVD值对卵巢癌的恶性程度判断有帮助。Objective:To study the expression and correlation of metastasis associated gene Notchl and phospho-rylated AKT ( P - AKT) in 15 normal ovarian tissues, 32 cases of benign ovarian tumors and 48 cases of malignant o-varian cancer. Methods : The expression of Notchl ,P - AKT and microvessel density ( MVD) in each group were de-tected by immunohistochemical SP method and CD34 markers. Results:The positive expression rates of Notchl in nor-mal ovarian tissue and ovarian malignant tumor tissues were 13. 33% (2/15) ,31.25% ( 10/32) and 81.25% (39/48 ) . The positive rates of P - AKT were 0,40. 63% ( 13/32) and 87. 5% (42/48 ) . The positive expression rates of P-AKT in normal ovarian tissues, ovarian benign tumor tissues and ovarian cancer tissues were significantly higher (P<0.05). CD34 was mainly expressed in various ovarian tissues. MVD value in ovarian cancer with lymph node me-tastasis of ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis (P <0. 05). Notchl and P-AKT showed significant positive correlation ( P < 0. 05 ) in ovarian cancer tissues. Conclusion: P - AKT andNotchl are one of the indicators for the differentiation of benign and malignant ovarian tumors. It is helpful to detectthe MVD value of lymph node metastasis in patients with ovarian cancer.
