摘 要:对天津大黄堡湿地自然保护区进行生物多样性调查。发现保护区共有动植物928种,其中植物238种,动物690种,植物以沼生植物为主,动物中昆虫、鸟类种类较多。生物多样性高低存在空间差异性,动植物主要分布在保护区核心区的天然湿地中,受人类活动干扰强烈的村庄及公路分布较少。影响保护区动植物种类及分布的因素主要为水分及人类活动。In order to maintain and improve the eco - environment quality of Tianjin and protect thelocal important natural wetland ecosystem and get the new status quo of biological diversity in the nature reserve, the biological diversity of Tianjin Dahuangpu Wetland Nature Reserve was investigated. Results showed that there were total 928 species in the nature reserve, including 238 species of plants and 690 species of animals. Helophyte is the main plant, while insect and bird species have more than other animals. There was spatial difference in biological diversity.Animals and plants are mainly distributed in natural wetland of core area rather than in villages and roads accompanying with human activities. The main factors that affect the species and distribution of animals and plants are water condition and human activities.
