摘　　要：人才培养质量监控与评价体系是全面提高高职院校内部人才培养质量的基础和依据。在总结目前高职院校人才培养质量监控与评价中主要存在的问题的基础上,提出适应高职院校的包括生源质量、人才培养方案、人才培养过程、就业质量、职业发展"五位一体"的内部人才培养质量监控与评价指标体系,以提高监控评价结果的可靠性,为高职院校内部人才培养质量提供保证。Talent cultivating quality monitoring and evaluating system is the basis for improving the internal quality of the talent cultivating quality of higher vocational colleges. This paper proposes the ufive in one^ internal talent cultivating quality monitoring and evaluating system including quality of freshmen, talent cultivating scheme, talent cultivating process, quality of employment, career development on the basis of summarizing the main existing problems of the talent cultivating quality monitoring and evaluating of current higher vocational colleges to improve the reliability of monitoring and evaluating results and ensure internal talent training quality in higher vocational colleges.
