水环境样品中松节油保存条件的研究

摘　　要：我国现有标准中关于水中松节油的保存规定不尽相同,为此开展水环境样品中松节油的保存条件研究。采用吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法探讨pH和保存时间对地表水、生活污水和工业废水中松节油测定的影响。结果表明,质子酸可与松节油发生反应,对测定结果产生负影响,因此用于松节油测定的样品需冷藏、不调pH保存,并在2d内分析。In current prevailing national standard system,there are many different requirements forpreservation conditions of turpentine in water samples. This article studies how pH andpreservation time affect turpentine in surface water, domestic sewage and industrial effluents basedon purge and trap method combining with gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Thestudy concludes that the acid reacts to turpentine, resulting in low measurement of turpentine.Therefore, the water sample for determining turpentine should be analyzed in the frozen conditionwithin 2 days without adjusting pH.
