摘　　要：远德玉教授从一个亲历者的立场出发,对中国技术哲学的起源、发展、困境及可能的出路进行了一个全面的概括,更正了国内外现今学者对中国技术哲学的部分错误认知。他指出中国技术哲学发轫于20世纪六十年代的大跃进时期,而其探讨的核心议题从起源到后来的发展都是围绕作为现实生产力的技术展开的,与西方对技术本质规定的形而上的追问不同,体现着中国经世致用的学术传统,从而否定了中国技术哲学存在经验转向的说法。远德玉教授还进一步指出,由于中国的技术哲学研究尚未形成统一的研究范式,不存在各种学派之说,而工程哲学的兴起又进一步冲击了技术哲学的原有发展,不仅削减了技术哲学的从业人群,而且重构了原有技术哲学的部分范式。因此,未来的技术哲学发展要实现主题上的转化,从研究技术与生产的关系转向研究技术与生废的关系,不仅研究技术的正价值,还要研究技术的负价值,提出了生产、生废、生活、生命的四重关系。Yuan Deyu provides a general but true picture of the origin, development and possible way of Chinese philosophy of technology based on his own engagements, which corrects some of the previous discussions among scholars. The origin of Chinese philosophy of technology can be traced back to 1960s and almost all of its subjects of matters are involved in real-world technology, which is so different from the metaphysical exploration about technology in western world. It proves that there is no empirical turn in China, because it is empirical from the very beginning. He also refuses to accept the name of “northeastern school”, due to that fact that there is no clear and agreed paradigm. The emergence of philosophy of engineering puts threatens on the further development of philosophy of technology. In order to find a possible way out, it has to change the subject of matter, focusing on the relationship between technology and waste production as well.
