摘 要:为了研究了多壁碳纳米管的连接和表面形貌变化,利用1 064 nm光纤激光辐照多壁碳纳米管对其进行连接,并通过扫描电镜观测其连接现象.通过改变激光功率密度和辐照时间,研究其对碳纳米管的连接效果及其表面形貌改变.结果表明:激光功率密度对多壁碳纳米管的表面形貌和连接质量均有影响;当激光总功率密度约为90W/cm^2时,可观测到碳纳米管的连接;由于热累积效应,当激光总功率密度较高时,激光诱导孔洞结构和纳米粒子在碳纳米管的壁管上大量出现,碳纳米管的长径比也严重下降,这对碳纳米管的应用极其不利.In this study, the nanoscale welding and morphology changes of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were focused experimentally. After 1 064 nm fiber laser irradiation, MWCNTs can be welded together, which was observed by scanning electron microscope ( SEM). Effects of laser power density and irradiation time on the welding and morphology changes of MWCNTs were investigated. Experiments show that nanoscale welding is achieved at a total power density of 90 W/ cm2. Due to the thermal accumulation, holes and na-noparticles are induced during higher total power density irradiation and aspects ratios of MWCNTs are strongly reduced.
