新疆高校毕业生心理资本现状评估

摘　　要：高校毕业生的心理资本水平的高低关涉到未来在工作岗位上所取得成就的大小。随机抽取新疆高校本科毕业生进行问卷调查和分析,结果表明新疆高校大学毕业生的心理资本状况整体呈中上水平,且在性别、年龄、是否独生子女及家庭所在地等四个人口学变量方面存在显著性差异,但是不同民族的大学生在心理资本方面没有显著差异。其中,因子得分最高的是尊敬谦虚,得分最低的是自信不疑,这表明被调查大学生能准确地认识到人与人之间身份的差异,但对自己的能力水平的评估偏低,需要加强其自信心的建设。The level of College graduates/ psychological capital relate to the future achievements in work. We make questionnaire survey and analysis on college graduates in Xinjiang randomly? results show that the condition of Xinjiang university graduates’ psychological capital reach the upper level on the whole and there are significant differences in four demographic variables about gender, age? whether the one-child and family seat, but there are no significant differences in terms of different nationalities/ college students. Among them? factor score the highest is humble-respect? the lowest mark is self-confidence,which suggest that the college students surveyed can accurately recognize the identity difference between people? but assessment of their ability level is low? we need to strengthen the construction of their confidence.
