适宜角膜屈光手术人群角膜前表面波前像差及其相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨适宜角膜屈光手术人群中角膜前表面波前像差的分布及特性，比较与其他相关参数间的关系。方法：收治行飞秒激光LASIK手术矫正近视患者60例(120眼)，按近视程度分组，使用Pentacam眼前节分析仪测量患者瞳孔6mm直径范围内的角膜波前像差(HOA、SA、Coma、Trefoil)的RMS值。结果：角膜前表面总高阶像差平均值(0.571±0.158)μm，75.7%的眼数在0.2～0.4μm。角膜前表面球差平均值(0.280±0.086)μm，85.3%的眼数在0.1～0.4μm。角膜前表面彗差平均值(0.213±0.124)μm，73.6%的眼数在0.1～0.3μm。彗差和等效球镜呈负相关(R=-0.239，P=0.013)。结论：角膜前表面波前像差个体差异较大，近视程度越高，角膜前表面球差越大，但两者之间差异无统计学意义，而彗差与近视程度呈负相关。Objective:To investigate the distribution and characteristics of wavefront aberrations of the anterior surface of thecornea in the population of corneal refractive surgery,and to compare the correlation between the two parameters.Methods:60cases(120 eyes)underwent femtosecond laser LASIK correction of myopia patients were selected.They were grouped according tothe degree of myopia,using Pentacam (German oculus)anterior segment analyzer measurement in patients with 6 mm pupildiameter range of corneal wavefront aberrations(HOA,SA,coma and trefoil)rms value.Results:The mean total high orderaberrations of the anterior surface of cornea were(0.571 ± 0.158) μ m,and 75.7% eyes were in 0.2～0.4 μ m.The sphericalaberration of anterior corneal surface with an average of(0.280±0.086)μm,85.3% eyes of the number in the 0.1～0.4 μm.Theanterior corneal surface aberration average of (0.213 ± 0.124) μ m,73.6% eyes of the number in the 0.1～0.3 μ m.Coma andspherical equivalent negative correlation (R=-0.239,P=0.013).Conclusion:Anterior corneal surface aberration individualdifference is larger,the higher degree the myopia,corneal anterior surface aberration more,but between them no statisticalsignificance,and coma and the degree of myopia were negatively correlated.
