摘　　要：目的:探讨不同辅助固位形对低矮磨牙全冠修复体固位力的影响。方法:收治低矮磨牙全冠修复体树脂牙患者100例,分为沟固定形组和洞固位形组各30例,对照组40例,研究不同辅助固位形对低矮磨牙全冠修复体固位力的影响。结果:在外展度数为0°的情况下,沟固定形组和洞固位形组固位力要高于对照组。结论:不同辅助固位形对低矮磨牙全冠修复体固位力的影响不同,有特征规律可循,在临终中应针对病情择优选择。Objective:To study the effect of different retention forms on the retention of the whole crown of the low molar.Methods:100 patients with low molar crown prosthesis resin teeth were selected.They were divided into the fixed shape group and the holefixed group with 30 cases in each,and the control group with 40 cases,to study the effects of different retention forms on theretention forces of the full crown restoration of low molar teeth.Results:In the abduction degree was 0°,and the retention force ofthe fixed shape group and the hole retention group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The effect of differentretention shape on the retention force of low molar crown was different,and there was a characteristic rule to follow.We shouldchoose the best form according to disease.
