摘　　要：目的:探索自然且可重复的自发性微笑的获得方法,为研究不同人群自发性微笑特征提供方法学基础。方法:随机抽取50名志愿者观看喜剧短片并对其搞笑程度评分,设计不同短片先后观看和同一短片间隔1个月重复观看,通过数码摄像动态记录受试者面部特征,利用视频编辑和图像测量软件分析最大微笑位唇齿美学指标,并进行统计学分析。结果:同一受试者先后观看不同短片和间隔1个月观看相同短片时最大微笑位上中切牙暴露量和口角宽度均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。50名志愿者最大微笑时上唇长度、上唇厚度和口角宽度的动度分别是-30%±8.4%、-40%±14%、32%±7.8%。结论:建立了可靠的最小干扰状态下采集自发性微笑的方法,为牙颌面部动态美学特征研究奠定基础。Objective To explore a method of obtaining the naturally, repeatedly spontaneous smile and to provide methodology basis for spontaneous smile characteristics study of different people. Methods 50 volunteers were selected randomly to watch and score comedy films. Different comedy films were watched successively and the same comedy film was watched again after one month. The dentofacial characteristics of subjects were recorded dynamically by a HD digital video camera and the video editing and image measurement software were used to measure aesthetic parameters of the lips and teeth at the maximum smile, and then the data statistical analysis was done. Results There was no statistical difference of the upper central incisor exposure and intercommissural width at the maximum smile between different films and between different times of the same film (P >0.05). Upper lip length , upper lip thickness and intercommissural width of 50 subjects at the maximum smile were -30%±8.4%, -40%±14%, and 32%±7.8% respectively. Conclusion A reliable collecting method of spontaneous smile had been established in the minimum interference, which would lay a foundation for the research of maxillofacial dynamic aesthetic characteristics.
