摘 要:以HBr醇水溶液为溶剂,用金属催化葡萄糖烯丙基化,合成了中间产物1-烯丙基山梨醇,再与对甲基苯甲醛经醇醛缩聚合制备了1,3-2,4-二(对甲基亚苄基)-1-烯丙基山梨醇,分别考察了金属催化剂种类、HBr醇水溶液浓度、乙醇用量、反应温度以及反应时间等对产物收率的影响,并对产物结构进行了表征。结果表明:以Sn粉为催化剂,HBr醇水溶液浓度为0.5mol/L,乙醇体积分数为10%,室温条件下反应48h,产物收率最高可达55.4%;所得产物的熔点为275.00~278.00℃。Intermediate 1-allyl sorbitol was synthesized via glucose allylation with metal catalyst and HBr alcohol-water solution as solvent, and then it was reacted with p-methyl-benzalhyde via aldol condensation to prepare1,3-2,4-bis(p-methyl benzylidene)-1-allyl sorbitol. The impacts of metal catalyst type, HBr alcholwater solution concentration, ethanol volume fraction, reaction time and temperature on the yield of the productwere observed respectively. The structure of the product was characterized. The experimental results show thatunder the conditions of Sn as the metal catalyst, HBr alchol-water solution of 0.5 mol/L, volume percentage of ethanol in HBr solution of 10%, and reaction time of 48 h at room temperature, the yield of the target product is up to 55.4%. The melting point of the product is 275.00-278.00 ℃.
