滇黔桂彝族地区实施火葬制度举步维艰的重要因素剖析——以云南弥勒彝族阿细地区为例

摘　　要：《殡葬管理条例》生效已达十七年,但该《条例》在彝族阿细聚居区处于瘫痪状态。该篇在历史文献及田野研究的基础上,认为儒家的伦理观念、火葬史被遗忘、传统宗教信仰、由"孝"文化引起情感体验及阿米什人回避效应带来的压力等因素是火葬制度失败的原因,指出在自由、民主、平等和人民维权意识不断觉醒的今天,殡葬改革面临前所未有的阻力、压力和纷繁复杂的挑战。Funeral Management Regulation has been put into effect for 17 years. However, this regulation fails in Axi residence.Based on historical documents and field work, this paper indicates that Confucian ethics, the cremation history forgotten, traditional beliefs, culture of filial piety and the effects of Amish shunning are the main factors which paralyzed the regulation, and points out that funeral reform is confronted with unprecedented social resistances, pressures and complex challenges nowadays when awareness of freedom, democracy, equality and civil rights is growing.
