摘　　要：高等教育教学质量监控水平，直接影响人才培养质量。在教学管理中建立“立体反馈”质量监控模式。通过教学活动中参与因素“相互反馈”，有效分析教学效果。使整个教学活动形成一个闭合的“良性循环”。Teaching quality is crucially important since the quality of cultivating talents can be directly influenced by the monitoring of teaching. This paper is trying to construct a quality monitoring model of "three dimensional feedback". Through "the interactive feedback" of major participating elements in teaching process, the teaching results are effectively analyzed, making the teaching activity a closed virtuous circle.
