玻璃体手术治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变56例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨玻璃体手术治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:收治增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者56例(60眼)给予玻璃体手术治疗,观察临床疗效。结果:49眼视力明显好转,8眼视力无明显变化,3眼视力变差。结论:玻璃体手术方法治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of vitreous surgery in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods:56 cases (60 eyes) with patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy were treated with vitreous surgery,and the clinicaleffect was observed.Results:The visual acuity of 49 eyes were improved,the visual acuity of 8 eyes had no obvious change,and thevisual acuity of 3 eyes were deterioration.Conclusion:Vitreous surgery in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy hadsignificant clinical effect.
