角膜塑形镜对角膜内皮细胞的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:观察配戴角膜塑形镜对青少年近视患者角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法:收治验配角膜塑形镜患者40例(40只眼,均取左眼),利用非接触式角膜内皮计数仪测量其戴镜前和戴镜期间角膜内皮细胞的形态,对所测数据进行统计学分析。结果:戴镜24个月,角膜内皮细胞密度和六角形细胞比例均无明显降低(P>0.05),角膜内皮细胞面积和细胞变异系数均无明显增大(P>0.05)。结论:青少年近视患者配戴角膜塑形镜对角膜内皮细胞影响较小,安全性高,但仍需长期观察。Objective:To observe the effect of wearing orthokeratology on corneal endothelial cells in adolescent myopia patients.Methods:40 cases of patients with orthokeratology lens fitting(40 eyes,all take the left eye)were selected.We observed the changeof corneal endothelial cell between before-wearing and during-wearing by non-contact corneal endothelial counting instrument.The measured data were analyzed statistically.Results:There was no significant decrease of corneal endothelial cell density andhexagonality(P>0.05)and no significant increment of variation coefficient and average size(P>0.05),wearing more than 24months.Conclusion:It is a safe treatment for adolescent myopia patients to wear orthokeratology lens and such treatment has noobvious effects on the corneal endothelial cells,but still need long-term observation.
