摘 要:不安全心理是造成煤矿事故的关键因素之一,事故的发生往往会造成较大的心理伤害。通过生理变化反映心理变化的途径,测试了应急状态下被试人员的心理变化程度,并用聚类分析法分析了情绪对应急状态下个体心理变化的影响。研究结果表明,应急状态下被试人员的心理发生了变化,情绪稳定型个体的心理变化要低于情绪型个体。建议煤矿的关键岗位应该配置情绪稳定型员工,同时对不同情绪类型的员工应该分别进行针对性培训,提高其情绪调控能力,最终避免出现不安全心理,降低事故造成的心理伤害。Unsafe psychology is one of the key factors contributing to coal mine accidents, and the accidents often causegreater psychological har^n. The degree of participants 爷 psychological changes under the emergency state was tested by themethod of the physical changes reflecting the psychological changes and the impact of the emotion on the individual psychologicalchanges under the emergency state was analyzed by using the cluster analysis method. The study results show-ed that theparticipants 爷 psychology changed under the emergency state and the change of the stable emotional individuals "was lo^wer thanthat of the emotional individuals. It was suggested that the key positions of coal mining enterprises should provide with stableemotional employers, and at the same time, the directive training should be conducted on the employees with different kinds ofemotions so as to improve their ability to regulate emotions, and eventually avoid the unsafe psychology and reduce thepsychological harm caused by accidents.
