摘　　要：沂蒙精神的基本内涵及时代价值都因其深厚的文化基因而成。这种文化基因归根到底是文化自信,与中国社会主义核心价值观的文化自信息息相通。这种文化自信有其生成的理论逻辑、实践逻辑和历史逻辑。为此,需要从沂蒙精神的先进性、人民性、实践性等方面,提升沂蒙精神的文化自信,为山东的廉政建设和从严治党提供精神动力。The basic connotation and the time value of Yimeng Spirit come from its profound cultural genes. In the final analysis, the cultural gene is a kind of cultural self-confidence, which is consistent with the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is theoretical logic, practical logic and historical logic that generate the cultural self-confidence of Yimeng Spirit.Therefore, it is extremely important for Yimeng Spirit to maintain its advancement, people 's character and practicality in order to promote its cultural self-confidence.
