摘　　要：糖尿病伴发的抑郁状态是指与抑郁症存在相似之处,但又不同于抑郁症的一种疾病状态。在临床上,糖尿病患者需常年用药,承受巨大心理压力与经济压力,容易伴发抑郁状态。迄今为止,没有专门适用于糖尿病伴发抑郁状态的患者的用药指南,多数相关性指南仅推荐需及时关注糖尿病患者的精神状态。本文主要阐述了糖尿病与抑郁状态间的相关性,探讨了对糖尿病患者进行精神状态评分与分期的方法,以及糖尿病患者的抗抑郁的治疗药物。Diabetes accompanied depression is a disease state which has similarities and differences with normal depression. Clinically, diabetics need perennial medication, so the treatment would be relatively expensive and difficult. As a result, diabetes brings huge psychological and economic pressure to diabetics,making them easily depressed and worried. So far, there is no drug administration guidance specially designed for these patients, and most of the relevant guidelines only recommend paying attention to the mental state of patients on time. In this paper, the correlation between diabetes and depression is discussed. At the same time, the method of mental state grading and staging is put forward, and then the antidepressant smost suitable for diabetics are concluded.
