摘 要:为满足行业企业的发展对专业人才需求的问题,深化和完善基于"能力本位、素质教育、工学结合"的建筑电气专业人才培养模式,重构以工学结合为基础的模块化课程体系,建立"师带徒"直接负责培养机制,创新教师培养模式,构建创新创业教育实践平台和建立专业前沿新技术发展定期研讨机制。In order to meet the demands for professional talents of industries and enterprises’ development, this thesis deepened and improved professional cultivation mode of architecture electric based on “competence-based, quality education and integration of work and study”, reconstructed modularization curriculum system on the basis of integration of work and study, established the mechanism of masters. We directly take charge of cultivation with the mode of “master instructing apprentice”, innovated teacher training mode, built practice platform for innovation and entrepreneurship education and established mechanism of periodic seminars for professional cutting-edge new technology development.
