热衷于“对话”的民间外交家——浅谈池田大作的“对话”理念及其实践

摘　　要：池田大作先生认为:"关心和责任只局限于恣意在地球上刻划的国境线的时代必须打上终止符了。"他怀有一种坚定而执著的理念,认为通过超越民族和国境界限的友情和交流,通过日积月累的"民间外交"的开展和渗透,可以推动"新的地球文明"的构建和世界和平的实现。他最主要的实践活动之一,就是长期积极倡导、推动民间外交,并长期坚持不懈地与世界各国各地区包括著名学者、各界领袖及友好人士在内的有识之士进行平等的对话和交谈。考察其"对话"理念及其实践可知,他实际上还是一位热衷于"对话"的、卓越而睿智的民间外交家,而他所推崇备至的"对话",不啻为民间外交不可或缺的制胜法宝。“We should put an end to an era wherein care and responsibility have been restrained by thenational borders which have been recklessly engraved on the earth,”Daisaku Ikeda believes.He has a strongbelief in the value of the cross-border and cross-nation friendship and communication and in the importanceof the implementation and proliferation of‘citizen diplomacy They together,as he contends,will bring aboutthe establishment of‘a new global civilization’and world peace.His major practical works include promoting‘citizen diplomacy’and establishing equal and open dialogues with various prominent scholars,leaders as wellas friends from all over the world.Through these activities,he has been striving to spread the humanistic andhumanitarian ideas to people from all corners of the world.By examining his idea and practice of‘dialogue’,we can conclude that he is in practice and at once a staunch proponent of‘dialogue’and a brilliant,intelligent people’s diplomat.The‘dialogue’which he holds in high regard is indeed an indispensable tool inthe conduct of the‘citizen diplomacy’.
