摘  要:气门运动测量是发动机气门机构开发设计的重要输入和验证手段,通过六西格玛质量工具在气门运动测量装置中气门升程的精度和重复性改进项目,初步探索和建立了基于真实和有效客户需求的测量装置构建和优化方法,不仅使气门运动测量装置优化后建立有效的客户需求并满足之,而且整个项目过程为试验设备的设计和建设过程中如何有效选择和优化方案并验证建立了一套方法工具和方案。Valve movement measurement is important input and verification method for engine valve mechanism development and design. With the Six Sigma quality tools for the accuracy and repeatability improvement project in measuring device, preliminarily explored and established the measuring device construction and optimization method based on real and effective customer demand, by which an optimized valve movement measuring device was created to establish effective customer demand and fulfill it, but also established a set of methods and tools for test equipment to choose an effective and optimization way by the whole project process.
