摘　　要：普通本科高校向应用技术型高校转型过程中,需要解决应用型师资严重不足的问题。师资难题的破解应采取政府、学校和企业(行业)合力的"多元策略"。In their attempt to transform into universities of applied technology, ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities are often faced with the shortage of teachers with practical experience. The solution to this problem should be one of multiple dimensions and be found by the joint efforts of the government, universities and enterprises.
