摘　　要：与传统的手工缝合相比,器械吻合能够明显缩短手术时间,同时减少术中出血量。术中通常采取"注气注水试验"来检查吻合口有无出血、渗漏以及是否通畅确切。但在重建后仍有一小部分病例存在"漏气"的问题,本文就一例相关病例,结合手术视频,与各位分享个人对此种情况的处理方法和预防策略。Compared with the traditional manual suture, the instrumental anastomosis cansignificantly shorten the operation time, while reducing the amount of intraoperative bleeding. Intraoperativeusually take ″gas injection test″ to check whether anastomotic bleeding, leakage. However, there are still asmall number of cases have the ″leak″ problem after the reconstruction, this article will combine with surgicalvideo, to share personal treatment and prevention strategies of this situation.
