氟桂利嗪联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对偏头痛患者采用氟桂利嗪联合尼莫地平进行治疗,观察并探究临床疗效。方法:选取在2015年6月—2016年6月期间在我院进行治疗的96例偏头痛患者作为研究对象,随机分组,分成分别拥有48例患者的研究组和对照组。予以不同的治疗方法,即对照组采用氟桂利嗪治疗,研究组应用氟桂利嗪联合尼莫地平方式进行治疗,观察并比较疗效。结果:经治疗后对比总体有效率,研究组(95.83%)同对照组(75.00%)相比较,具有明显优势(P<0.05);比较两组患者治疗后症状量化评分情况,研究组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);同时研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对偏头痛患者应用氟桂利嗪联合尼莫地平方式进行治疗,能够得到理想疗效,同时确保了一定的安全性。Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of flunarizine combined with nimodipine in the treatment of migraine. Methods:96 patients with migraine in our hospital during June 2015 to June 2016 were treated as the research object, randomly divided into study groupand the control group, with 48 cases in each. Control group was treated with flunarizine; the study group used flunarizine and nimodipine fortreatment, curative effect was observed and compared. Results: After treatment, the overall efficiency of the study group (95.83%)and controlgroup (75.00%)was compared, with statistical significance (P<0.05); symptoms score evaluation of study group was significantly better than thecontrol group (P<0.05); at the same time, the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:For the patients of migraine, the application of flunarizine combined with nimodipine, can get ideal effect, and ensure safety. Therefore, it isworthy of popularization and application.
