摘  要:采用IPCC第五次评估报告提出的最新风险表达式,利用基础地理数据、气象数据、社会经济数据等,按照致灾因子危险性、承灾体暴露度和承灾体脆弱性三个方面,建立基于评价因子的干旱灾害风险评估模型,以山东省潍坊市为研究区域展开风险评估研究,利用GIS技术绘制潍坊市干旱灾害风险区划图。结果表明:潍坊市干旱灾害风险最高的区域位于寿光市;青州、临朐、昌乐和潍坊市区为次高风险区;安丘、昌邑和诸城三市县为中风险区和次低风险区;高密市的干旱灾害风险程度最低。Based on the latest risk expression which is proposed by IPCC WGII AR5,by using basic geographic data, meteorological data and social economic data,we establish risk assessment model of drought disaster based on evaluation factors through three indices as hazard of disaster causing factor,exposure of bearing body and vulnerability of bearing body,then take Weifang City as the area for the study of risk assessment. Weifang City drought disaster risk zoning map is drawn by GIS technology,the results show that: the highest grade region of drought disaster risk in Weifang City is Shouguang;Qingzhou, Linqu, Changle and Weifang Downtown are the secondary highest grade region; Anqiu,Changyi and Zhucheng are the middle or secondary lowest grade region; the lowest grade region of drought disaster risk is Gaomi.
