摘 要:通过对开放大学成人学生的"终身学习观念"和"教师的教学与支持服务"的现状调查与分析,提出培育多样化、创新型成人教育学习型组织的相关举措,包括建立非技能型学习项目、提供稳定的心理支持等。通过鼓励成人学生多层次、多种形式地参与学习过程,掌握学习方法,提升学习能力,进一步提高成人教育的有效性和实用性,为成人教育探索和实践提供一定的参考和借鉴。This study investigated the status of adult students’life-long learning views and instructors’teaching & support services. The findings implied suggestions for establish diverse and innovative learning organizations of adult education, including the non- skill learning programs, consistent psychological support, and so on. For improving effectiveness and utilities of adult education, we must encourage adult students involving learning process at multi levels and by various ways, and then, they could obtain the learning methods and improve learning abilities. Adult education and its practices in general would also get benefits from the study findings.
