眶内植入义眼台术后并发症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨眶内植入义眼台术后并发症的类型、发生原因及对症处理措施。方法:对有义眼台植入术后并发症患者进行回顾性分析,统计并发症的类型及处理方法,分析并发症发生原因。结果:共有义眼台暴露、结膜囊狭窄、上睑下垂、义眼台移位伴上睑区凹陷、结膜肉芽肿及眶内迟发性出血6种并发症,分别给予义眼台暴露修补或义眼台取出再植入、结膜囊成形、上睑下垂矫正、羟基磷灰石骨板眶下壁骨膜下填充等积极处理,均获得了较好的疗效,随访未再发生并发症。结论:义眼台植入术后并发症的类型及原因多种多样,发生并发症应积极分析、处理,早期预防能减少并发症的发生。Objective:To explore the complications types,occurrence cause and symptomatic treatment measures after orbital implant ocular prosthesis surgery.Methods:The complications of patients with orbital implantation were retrospectively analyzed.The complications types and treatment measures were given statistics,and the causes of complications were analyzed.Results:There were 6 complications,such as hydroxyapatite exposure,conjunctival sac stenosis,ptosis,orbital displacement with uppereyelid depression,conjunctival granuloma and orbital delayed hemorrhage.They were given orbital implant exposure repair ororbital remove and implant,conjunctival sac plasty,ptosis correction,hydroxyapatite orbital subperiosteal filling plate and other positive treatment.They achieved good curative effect,and there were no complications after follow-up.Conclusion:The complications types and causes after orbital implantation are varied.The complications should be actively treatment.Early prevention can reduce complications.
