超声联合(并联)钼靶X线在乳腺癌筛查中的诊断价值研究

摘　　要：目的：超声联合(并联)钼靶X线在乳腺癌早期筛查中的诊断价值研究探索。方法：收治同时进行超声和钼靶X线检查乳腺病变的患者515例，详细记录乳腺癌肿块的大小、位置及图像特点并独立做出诊断，比较两组诊断的准确率。结果：超声联合(并联)钼靶X线检查诊断乳腺癌的准确度、灵敏度及特异度高于单纯超声组及单纯钼靶组，3者之间的差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。当肿块直径≤5mm时，超声检查的敏感度最低，肿块直径6～10mm时，钼靶X线灵敏度最低。结论：钼靶X线联合(并联)超声检查方法可以提高乳腺癌的检出率。Objective:To study on the diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with mammography in the early screening of breast cancer.Methods:515 cases of breast lesions examined by ultrasound combined with mammography were selected.We recorded the size,location and image features of breast cancer mass in detail and make the diagnosis independently.The accuracy of the diagnosis of the two groups was compared.Results:The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonography combined with mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer were higher than those in the simple ultrasound group and the simple molybdenum target group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).When the tumor diameter≤ 5 mm,thesensitivity of ultrasound examination was the lowest,and the sensitivity of X-ray was the lowest when mass diameter was 6～10mm.Conclusion:Molybdenum target X-ray combined(parallel)ultrasound examination can improve the detection rate of breast cancer.
