摘 要:目的:探讨集体宣教辅以个体化饮食指导对社区老年糖尿病患者的影响。方法:收治老年糖尿病患者192例,随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组给予集体宣教辅以个体化饮食指导,对照组进行社区常规糖尿病管理。结果:干预组给予集体宣教和个体化饮食指导后,FPG、2h PG、HbA_(1c)水平较干预前有所下降(P<0.05)。结论:社区老年糖尿病患者饮食结构中存在许多不合理现象,通过集体宣教和个体化饮食指导,患者的膳食结构及血糖情况有很大改善。Objective:To explore the effect of collective education with individual diet guidance on the elderly patients with diabetes in community.Methods:192 elderly patients with diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.Patients in the intervention group were given collective education supplemented by individual diet guidance,while in the control group were given routine diabetes management in community.Results:After given collectiveeducation and individual diet guidance in the intervention group,and the FPG,2hPG and HbA1c levels were decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many unreasonable dietary structure in elderly patients with diabetes.The dietary structure and blood glucose level can be improved greatly through the collective education and individual diet guidance.
