摘　　要：目的：探讨脱细胞牛心包补片修复义眼台暴露的临床效果。方法：对23例羟基磷灰石义眼台置入术后发生义眼台暴露的患者进行义眼台修复，将脱细胞牛心包补片覆盖于表面，修补缺损区，术后随诊观察6～24月。结果：脱细胞牛心包补片修复术后未再出现结膜裂开及义眼台暴露，义眼活动良好。结论：脱细胞牛心包补片移植是修复义眼台暴露的有效方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acellular bovine pericardium patch in the repair of artificial eye.Methods Twenty-three patients with hydroxyapatite orbital implant were treated with artificial eye socket. The acellularbovine pericardium patch was covered on the surface, and the defect area was repaired. Follow-up observation 6-24 months.Results There was no conjunctival dehiscence after the repair of acellular bovine pericardium. Conclusion Acellular bovinepericardium patch graft is an effective method to repair the artificial eye.
