自体真皮移植再造眼台的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自体真皮移植再造眼台的临床效果。方法:眼袋术后及先天性眼台不显19例,采用自体真皮组织移植进行矫正,术后随访六个月,评价矫正效果,记录不良反应。结果:所有受术者再造眼台效果明显,眼部表情生动,立体感强,患者对术后外观满意,无感染、血肿等并发症发生,随访6个月后,真皮吸收量少,效果稳定。结论:自体真皮移植再造眼台效果好,后期吸收率低,值得临床推广。Objective Discussing on the application of autologous dermis graft in eye step reconstruction. Methods 19patients of post-operative baggy deformity operation and suffering from congenital unobvious eye step were reconstructed byautologous dermis graft ,we evaluate the effect and record the complications post-operation. All cases were followed up for sixmonths. Results All cases get a satisfied eye step reconstruction, it has a vivid eye facial expression and stereo perception ofeye area ,patients were satisfied with the postoperative appearance . Infection, hematoma and other complications didn’t occur.Dermis transplantation was stable with little absorption. Conclusion Eye step reconstruction with autologous dermis graft hasa good effect with little absorption, it is worthy to be widely used in clinical work.
