磁性附着体覆盖义齿与卡环式可摘局部义齿对比研究

摘　　要：目的:分析研究磁性附着体覆盖义齿与卡环式可摘局部义齿的应用效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年12月笔者科室接收的下颌Kennedy I类牙列缺损和余留牙较少的患者27例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者采取传统可摘局部义齿;观察组患者采取磁性附着体覆盖义齿。并对两组患者的满意度及基牙牙周健康情况给予对比分析。结果:观察组患者的满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);临床修复后,两组患者的口腔卫生情况并不十分理想,基牙均出现不同程度的牙龈炎症,探诊容易出血,存在软垢附着,牙石量相对较少,牙周袋深度也有一定的增加,可是两组患者的牙周袋深度增加量比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对下颌Kennedy I类牙列缺损和余留牙较少的患者采取磁性附着体覆盖义齿,可取得良好的修复效果,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the magnetic attachment cover denture with ring type and application effect of removablepartial denture. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital to receive the mandible Kennedy class Ipatients with dentition defect and tooth less remaining a total of 27 cases, were randomly divided into observation group andcontrol group, control group patients to take traditional removable partial denture, observation group of patients taking coveredmagnetic attachment denture, satisfaction of two groups of patients and fang Zhou Jiankang situation gives comparativeanalysis. Results The observation group of patients satisfaction significantly better than that of control group (P <0.05);Clinical after repair, two groups of patients with oral health situation is not very ideal, abutment teeth have different degrees ofgum inflammation, clinical easily bleeding, soft dirt adhesion, plaque quantity is relatively less, periodontal pocket depth areincreased to a certain extent, but the two groups of patients with periodontal pocket depth increase no statistically significantdifference between (P >0.05). Conclusion The mandibular Kennedy class I patients with dentition defect and tooth lessremaining covered magnetic attachment denture, can achieve good repair effect, has clinical value.
