拉莫三嗪联合丙戊酸钠治疗青年难治性部分性癫痫的疗效及对认知功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究拉莫三嗪(LTG)联合丙戊酸钠(VPA)治疗青年难治性部分性癫痫(RPE)的疗效及对认知功能的影响。方法前瞻性选取2015年1月至2016年1月本院收治的青年RPE患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组予以VAP治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用LTG治疗,对比两组的疗效及Mo CA认知功能评分。结果治疗后3个月、6个月末,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(85.42%vs 70.83%,91.67%vs 77.08%,P<0.05);治疗后3个月、6个月末,观察组的Mo CA评分显著高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05),癫痫发作频率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应率显著低于对照组(8.33%vs20.83%,P<0.05)。结论 LTG联合VPA治疗青年RPE的疗效确切,能够改善患者的认知功能,无严重药物不良事件发生。Objective To investigate the efficacy of lamotrigine( LTG) combined sodium valproate(VPA) in treatment of young patients with refractory partial epilepsy( RPE) and its influence on cognitive function.Method A total of 96 young patients with RPE admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected prospectively, all were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 48 cases in each group.The control group received VAP treatment,the observation group received LTG treatment based on the control group,the efficacy and MoCA cognitive function score of the two groups were compared. Results After 3,6 months of treatment,the total effective rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group( 85.42% vs 70.83%,91.67% vs 77.08%, P<0.05);After 3,6 months of treatment, the MoCA score in observation group was significantly higher than before treatment and control group( P<0.05),and the seizure frequency of epilepsy was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);The adverse reaction rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group( 8.33% vs 20.83%, P<0.05). Conclusion LTG combined with VPA has a curative efficacy for the treatment of young patients with RPE, which may can improve cognitive function and no serious adverse drug events.
