多层螺旋CT对消化道出血的诊断作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究并分析对消化道出血患者使用多层螺旋CT的诊断效果。方法:收集消化道出血患者共26例,患者均接受多层螺旋CT诊断和数字减影血管造影诊断,探讨多层螺旋CT的诊断价值。结果:经研究发现,在消化道出血患者的诊断过程中,多层螺旋CT的诊断敏感度为91.3%,阴性预测值可达到60.0%,阳性预测值可达到100.0%。结论:在消化道出血患者的诊断过程中,多层螺旋CT能够作为首选的检查方法并提供可靠的依据。Objective: To study and analyze the diagnosis effect of patients with multi-slice spiral CT gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods:A total of 26 cases of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding were collected,patients underwent multislice spiral CT diagnosis and DSA diagnosis,the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT was explored. Results:The study found that in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal bleeding patients,the diagnostic sensitivity of multi-slice spiral CT was 91.3%,negative predictive value of 60.0%,positive predictive value could reach 100.0%.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding,multi-slice spiral CT can be used as the preferred examination method,and provide a reliable basis for the treatment of patients.
