4种血清肿瘤标志物对肺癌患者的诊断意义观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨4种血清肿瘤标志物对肺癌患者的诊断意义。方法：选取我院2014年5月～2016年1月患有肺癌的60例患者作为观察组，并选取40例健康者作为对照组进行研究，对两组人员血清中的HE4、CYFRA21-1、NSE、CEA的含量，并进行比较。结果：两组人员的4种血清肿瘤标志物存在显著性差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：4种血清标志物应用于肺癌的临床检测中，可有效提高早期肺癌患者的诊断水平。Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of 4 serum tumor markers in patients with lung cancer. Methods: 60 patients with lung cancer were selected in our hospital from may 2014 to January 2016 as the observation group,and 40 cases of healthy persons were selected as control group.The people in the two groups of serum HE4,CYFRA21-1,NSE and CEA content were compared. Results: There were significant differencesand statistical significance of serum tumor markers in two of the 4groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:4 kinds of serum markers in clinical detection of lung cancer can effectively improve the level of diagnosis of early lung cancer patients.
